Provides an introduction to manufacturing management core concepts and activities related to production planning, scheduling and process control, including management of the manufacturing environment, executing manufacturing planning and control activities, working with material requirements planning (MRP), capacity management, capacity requirements planning (CRP) and lean manufacturing.
