How do you really rank?  In this practical, hands-on workshop led by expert lean practitioner Barry McCarthy, participants will use the “AME Lean Sensei Assessment Tool” to learn how to accurately evaluate your company’s current lean capabilities and develop realistic goals for where to focus next.
