Barry McCarthy has a wealth of knowledge in the field of operational excellence. His career highlight includes his role as Capability Development Manager with Toyota Australia. He has worked with the Manufacturing, Sales and Corporate Arms of Toyota Australia over the past 15 years. This has involved implementing Toyota global and local development and management systems. His work has focused on creating learning experiences to achieve business requirements. Prior to Toyota, Barry worked for nine years at Goodman Fielder as a Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. With the recent closure of automotive manufacturing in Australia, Barry is now sharing his unique experience and understanding with the broader community.
