ASCI Networking Breakfast Series: Systems Thinking Workshop - Western Australia (0.5 CPD pt)
Systems Thinking Workshop
Recently, ASCI was fortunate enough to talk to Indrasen Naidoo from Roy Hill on the ASCI Lounge, which led us to revisit systems thinking for our members.
Indrasen Naidoo, Director, Supply Chain System Transformation, Roy Hill (a 55 mega tonne per annum iron ore producer in Western Australia), joined us recently on the ASCI Lounge to reflect on Roy Hill's roadmap for Intelligent Supply Chain for Assets, highlighting the need for leadership capacity; rethinking flows; and applying expert technology. You can download the podcast for free here.
What was made abundantly clear in the interview, however, was the requirement in today's complex supply chain environment to take a systems approach to problem solving. In the workshop, you will learn how to apply systems thinking to a variety of scenarios, working in teams, and presenting your options with the group.
