ASCI Networking Breakfast | Change2020 Keynote | QLD (0.5 CPD pt)
Supply Chain & Procurement Journey
More than a decade of experience tells us that change within a business is inevitable. But it need not be feared. In fact, leaders and their teams thrive when they are a part of the change, especially when they are properly equipped to navigate towards the future.
A common challenge across end-to-end supply chain management and operation management is the need to manage change, and specifically, managing change with the various people in our current very-diverse workplaces.
Join us for our November event to hear from Change2020 Founder, Kerryn Fewster, and hear how she helps leaders embrace complex change to maximise the value it can deliver.
There will be a workshop after the keynote presentation to help you assess your own ability to lead change.
|Kerryn Fewster has consulted extensively in the area of Transition and Transformation. She places emphasis on strategy development and solution implementation to minimise people and operational impacts associated with major change.|
With strong foundations in change management and human resource management, Kerryn partners with business leaders to identify and manage impacts and risks associated with transitional activities; consultancy support can include workshop facilitation, leadership coaching, organisational design strategies, teaming programs, change plan development and deployment
Kerryn has an MBA and her consulting work is supported by accreditations in the Human Synergistics tool – Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Leadership Inventory (LI), Group Styles Inventory (GSI) and Organisational Cultural Inventory (OCI& OEI). Additionally she is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI I & II), Team Management Systems (TMS) and GENOS Emotional Intelligence Tools.
