World Environment Day

ASCI's Leadership Series webinar for World Environment Day reflects the United Nations theme: #GenerationRestoration to revive and protect our ecosystems within our supply chain networks.

We hear from Janet Salem, Economic Affairs Officer, Circular Economy,  United Nations, who shares how digital technology can support circular economy supply chains.

Digital technologies can accelerate circular supply chains

The digital revolution sweeping through supply chains can be leveraged at a few critical points to unlock barriers to the three R’s of the circular economy - reduce, reuse, recycle.

What you'll learn:

  • What is a circular supply chain?
  • What are the barriers to circularity?
  • Which digital technologies can be leveraged to unblock the barriers?

Janet is our international keynote for our annual conference ASCI2021 to be held from 28-30 July 2021 in Western Sydney.

We will also hear from Dr Nicole Garofano, Head of Circular Economy Development at Planet Ark on The Australian Circular Economy Hub and its charter.

This is an ASCI member only event. To become a member, visit the benefits here.
