Justin is a senior supply chain manager with over 18 years’ experience delivering supply chain outcomes for Australian blue-chip mining and manufacturing companies.
Justin has had a broad career, from leading long-term capacity planning of rail, port and intermodal assets to managing integrated business plans that maximise the economic utilisation of materials, plant and network assets to fulfil customer demand.
Justin has also held senior roles, accountable for strategic sourcing and contract management across a wide-variety of direct and indirect categories. Justin has brought these elements together as a divisional manager responsible for procurement, purchasing, inventory and logistics management, gaining a unique insight into their interdependency and opportunities to unlock end-to-end supply chain value.
James has a career history in senior management in widely different industries including Logistics, Insurance and Education; followed by several years as a business consultant, strategist, corporate trainer and small business owner. He has practical experience in helping Australian businesses to improve, grow and succeed. He is currently General Manager, Mining & Energy Services Council of Australia - Ai Group member service to meet challenges faced in traditional mining through to renewable energy, generation and storage.
James has management consulting experience, corporate trainer with companies such as BHP and Rio Tinto and CEO of a Vocational Training organisation.
Prior, James was Group Regional Manager, Mayne Nickless Express Freight Group (now Toll) based in Darwin after a career in many roles across the organisation. These roles were 3PL operations, including running 24-hour operations of air freight, road freight and couriers, and included building relationships with clients and working across organisational silos with clients and within Mayne Nickless.
In NT, James was Chairman of the International Business Council (IBC), Chairman of Australian Industry Defence Network (AIDN-NT), board member of the NT Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NTCCI), Chairman of the Oil & Gas network and President of the Australian Institute of Management NT (AIM-NT).

Craig Bennett is a Business Consultant who is at the forefront of leveraging analytical insight to drive supply chain excellence. Over the past decade Craig has worked in various supply chain roles for global and domestic companies and has leveraged various competencies to achieve strategic objectives.
Craig is currently the Managing Director of Centre of Business Pty Ltd, a boutique supply chain and analytics consulting company that achieves results through focusing on improving people, process and technology.
Craig has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Master of Business Administration and attained an academic award after completing a graduate certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Craig also holds project management and change management qualification. Craig’s most recent achievement is completing all requirements for registration as an Operations Practitioner (RegPracOps) from the Australasian Supply Chain Institute (ASCI).

Adriaan is passionate about continuous improvement in all parts of an organisation and in particular the deployment of Lean programs and systems.

Across her career Bree has developed and extensive experience in permanent recruitment, fixed term contracts, project volume recruitment, assessment centers, unbundled and shortlisting services as well as workplace health and safety.
