Mark has been serving on the ASCI NSW Chapter, the ASCI2021 Conference Advisory Board and the Industry Risk Committee. He has 15 years’ experience driving operational excellence across supply chain and logistics operations in the B2C and B2B sectors. While at Novis, Mark led an ISO 9001 accreditation process. He successfully led the transformation for De’Longhi's supply chain. More recently ,as Head of Logistics for Miele, Mark established two greenfield distribution facilities while implementing new processes including cloud-based digital applications to create a customer-centered, award-winning logistics function in full alignment with the organisation’s premium brand promise.
Duncan has been serving on the ASCI NSW Chapter and the ASCI2021 Conference Advisory Board. He has 20+ years of experience across the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Dairy industries in Australia, Europe and North America. Currently Site Leader with Bega. Duncan previously led GSK’s largest US manufacturing site and was Global Supply Chain Director when GSK’s consumer business transformed to become a full end to end supply chain. Duncan has a passion for enabling change and building consumer-centric cultures.
Arushee has been serving as Tertiary Ambassador for the ASCI NSW Chapter and was a regional finalist in the ASCM Case Competition in 2019. She is a supply chain analyst for the Kraft Heinz Company and holds an MBA from Macquarie University in supply chain management.

He leads significant process and strategic supply chain improvement projects, drives value stream optimisations and implements frameworks, all focused on driving operational efficiencies and enhanced deliverables.
Brendan has gained over 20 years of search & executive recruitment experience across supply chain, operations, and related technical functions in the Australian market working with a vast number of companies - from ASX listed organisations to SME's. With demonstrated expertise in executive search & selection and talent management, he has become a trusted adviser for his service delivery and long lasting partnerships within the industry.
This was reflected in Brendan's appointment as NSW Chapter President for ASCI in 2019/2020; as a passionate advocate for the Supply Chain community. Brendan has developed industry established relationships and networks. His success has been in developing critical insights and understanding of his clients and their organisational cultures and critical drivers for success. Brendan is committed to supporting professionals in their careers but also making a key contribution to industry for a more sustainable future.
